We'll talk you through it before we start.

Will cleaning fix a sofa that already smells musty?

In most cases, yes. Musty smells are usually caused by trapped moisture, spills, or pet accidents sitting in the padding beneath the fabric, and our cleaning process targets that rather than just spraying a fragrance over the top. Deep-set odours in very old foam or a piece that's been damp for a long time can sometimes need a second treatment to fully clear, and we'll flag that possibility upfront if the smell seems well established.

How long before I can sit on the furniture again?
