Do you clean ovens and rangehoods as part of this service?

Yes, oven interiors and rangehood filters are included as standard, since these are two of the areas most commonly checked during bond inspections. We degrease them properly with the right products rather than giving them a surface wipe, which makes a real difference if the oven hasn't been cleaned in a long while. Rangehood filters are usually just as neglected, so we soak and scrub them separately rather than just wiping the outer casing.

Can you clean around furniture if the property isn't fully empty yet?

We can, though an empty or near-empty property lets us get into corners, cupboards and skirting boards far more thoroughly than around furniture and boxes. If furniture is still in place when we arrive, we'll clean as much as access reasonably allows and can discuss a follow-up visit once the property is fully cleared if that would help.

How soon before or after moving day should I book?

For move-out cleans, we generally recommend booking for the day keys are handed back or the day before, once most belongings are out of the property. For move-in cleans, booking a day or two before you start unpacking gives the best result, since it's far easier to clean a completely empty space than one filled with boxes and furniture.
