This service is built for facilities where the toilets aren't attached to an office, standalone amenity blocks, service station bathrooms, sporting clubs with public-use toilets, community halls and similar sites where a lot of different people pass through and nobody's watching how it's left. Volume is the real challenge here, a bathroom used by fifty people a day wears differently to one used by five hundred, so visit frequency usually needs to track peak periods like weekends, game days or school holidays rather than sitting on a flat weekly schedule. We work off a fixed checklist every visit so the standard holds regardless of which crew member is rostered on that day.

Every visit works through toilet bowls, urinals and cistern surfaces with descaling where limescale or staining has built up, basins and bench tops wiped and sanitised, and cubicle partitions and door handles cleaned since they're some of the most-touched surfaces in the whole facility. Floors are mopped with disinfectant rather than just water, including corners and around floor drains where odour tends to build up unnoticed. Mirrors are cleaned streak-free, hand dryers and paper towel dispensers wiped down, and sanitary and general waste bins emptied and relined. Where a site has baby change tables these are sanitised as standard rather than as an add-on. On request we also restock consumables, toilet paper, soap and hand sanitiser, so a facility manager isn't getting a call about empty dispensers between our scheduled visits.

Let us know your event or fixture calendar in advance and we'll scope extra visits or a same-day top-up clean for known peak days, without locking your whole facility into a permanently higher weekly frequency you don't need the rest of the time.

Do you restock toilet paper, soap and other consumables?

We can, if that's built into your agreed scope from the outset. Some facilities prefer to manage their own consumables ordering through a separate supplier and just want the cleaning and hygiene side covered, while others want us handling everything in one visit. We'll set this up whichever way suits your facility and adjust it later if your preference changes.

How do you deal with lingering odours in high-use bathrooms?
