With our low-moisture hot water extraction, most mattresses are ready to sleep on again the same night, especially with a fan or open window helping air circulate. Thicker pillow-top mattresses can take a little longer, sometimes up to 24 hours in humid weather. We'll always let you know on the day roughly what to expect based on the mattress type and conditions.

Can you fully remove old urine or sweat stains?

It depends on the age and depth of the stain. Fresh marks usually lift completely with our treatment. Older, set-in stains, especially urine soaked deep into the padding, can fade significantly but occasionally leave a faint shadow, since the discolouration sits below the surface layer we can safely treat. We'll always give you an honest assessment before starting rather than promising a result we can't guarantee.

Do I need to strip the bedding before you arrive?

Yes, please strip the mattress down to bare fabric before we get there, meaning sheets, mattress protector and any topper removed. It saves time on the day and means we can get straight into inspecting and treating the mattress rather than using your appointment time on bed-making.
