Can you make old, discoloured grout look white again?

It depends on how long the staining has been there and what caused it. Grout darkened by everyday grime usually lifts back to close to its original colour. Grout that's been stained for years, or affected by mould that's worked deep into the material, may lighten significantly but not return to pure white. We'll assess it on-site and let you know what's realistic before starting.

Do you clean grout in showers and wet areas specifically?

Yes, shower recesses and surrounding wet area grout are actually where we spend the most focused time, since soap scum, mildew and constant moisture make these the worst-affected areas in most homes. We treat these zones with extra attention compared to drier areas like hallways or living rooms.
