Can you work while production is still running?

Yes, in most cases. We scope which areas can be cleaned live and which need machinery stopped or isolated first, and we work to your safety requirements including PPE, exclusion zones and signage. Many factories have us clean amenities and low-traffic zones during production and reserve floor areas for breaks, shift changeovers or a planned maintenance window instead.

Do we need to organise a site induction before you start?

Most sites ask us to complete a basic induction covering hazard areas, PPE requirements and emergency procedures, and we're happy to do that before the first visit or as part of ongoing site access. If your facility has specific requirements around chemical use, restricted zones or contractor sign-in, let us know during scoping so we can plan around them properly from day one.

What happens if machinery or storage layout changes after we start?

Let us know when the layout shifts and we'll walk the site again to update the scope. Cleaning around new racking, relocated machinery or a reconfigured loading area is straightforward as long as we know about it in advance, we'd rather adjust the plan than keep cleaning around an outdated one and missing what actually needs attention.
